🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

At Yo KIDZ LLC., your family’s satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide quality products and a positive shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These exceptions will be noted on the product page where applicable.


💸 Refunds

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

After the returned item is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personal care or hygiene items (for health and safety reasons)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.


🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect item sent by us

In such cases, we will cover the return or replacement cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet been processed or shipped.
