You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@yokidz.shop with the subject line “Cancel Order”.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our return process once the item is delivered.
📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to update it before shipment.

💔 Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging every order. However, in rare cases, items may be damaged during transit.
